Never mind I went to sit in the dry sauna room while I waited. They tried to create a sitting area and there’s absolutely no padding on the seats.
I go to the restroom, paint is pealing off the walls. Glad I brought my things in a beach type bag because I’d hate to put my things in the locker without being in a bag. She says “use this one cause I know this one always works”. I get upstairs and while being checked in the tell me which locker to use cause the place is clearly falling apart. To not upset my set I paid it and said I’ll bring the paperwork back another day & talk to him. I arrive 20 mins early and I’m CHARGED an additional $41 😒😒. He wrote it all down for me “so there’s no confusion”.

However they look my name in the system and show that my appointment was in fact made, but at the Davie location and not in Weston how I requested. I call at 1, they say again something came up and I should call again by 5. I call Davie again and ask for a manager. I call Pembroke pines REPEATEDLY throughout the whole day, no answer. I call the Davie location again, where they say "we haven't worked here long enough to know, please call Pembroke Pines location for more information" The day before my appointment I try to call them to confirm my appointment (given all the inconveniences I already had with these people), and again no answer in the number they gave me for Weston. I specifically asked him to confirm everything (Location, couple's massage, and ,male/female therapist), and he confirms, so I kick back and wait a week and a half for my appointment to arrive. I make an appointment for a couple's massage, specifically requesting a male and a female therapist. I call the new "Weston" number, someone answers. I asked for the Weston number since it was closer to my house and she gave me a different number than the one that showed on the web. Called the one in Flamingo, they answered. Called the one in Weston, phone was disconnected. Google maps shows two more locations: One in Weston, and one in Flamingo. I call the corporate office, no answer. Called the Pines location, trying to schedule an appointment. No available appointments until after my groupon's expiration date Called the day after and someone answered. Called the next day several times, no answer I called at 1 and he said something came up and that the manager wouldn't be in by 5. He claimed to be by himself in the establishment and asked me to call back at around 1pm when his manager would arrive.

Called the Davie location in the morning the first time, spoke to a young man that claimed he was new and did not know how to schedule appointments. It's like they have the cleaning staff clean only once every where and then it's ignored for the rest of the day! The bathrooms always have stuff in the shower drains and hair/garbage on the floors. Also water fountain barely gives out water and is also gross. I love to steam and swim but I won't even go into the pool any more right now because of the level of disgust. The pool tile around the inside lip of the pool is disgusting and gross, The grout around the tile that surrounds the pool is also gross. This gym recently had the pool/spa area closed for something but I don't think it was for cleaning. I have been a member here FOREVER!!! I first joined because daycare was included (not any more) and I only stay because of the steam room, even though that's been a little touch and go lately.
